The Peninsula Historic Area Religions Together (HART) will hold their next “Stand Up” event Sunday, October 19, 2:30-4 p.m., at Jamestown Settlement, 2110 Jamestown Rd., Williamsburg, in the museum’s education wing classrooms.
In partnership with the Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation, HART will present a panel discussion on “Worlds Transformed: Navigating Religious Difference Past and Present,” exploring the complexity of religious expression in early Virginia—African, Indigenous and English. Following the panel, attendees will have a chance to discuss how to support different ways of being in our world today.
The event is free and open to the public.
