This family-friendly program includes a balloon-themed puppet show, hands-on history and science tables. Participants will also be able to take a guided tour of the historic house and learn how observation balloons were used during the Civil War. Free admission for Hampton Roads-area library card holders (regular admission price for those without library cards). 10 am – 3 pm.
