Aubameyang Ready To Extend Dortmund Stay
Gabonese striker, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is set to stay at German club, Borussia Dortmund this summer, according to Sky Sports.
The striker has been linked with a move to the Premier League in this transfer window, as well as Paris Saint-Germain and AC Milan.
Dortmund had told the Gabon international, who has a contract until 2020, that they wanted his future resolved as soon as possible.
AC Milan and Dortmund bosses met in recent days but without any conclusion to a potential deal and it is understood now that the German club do not want to do any more business this summer.
Sky Sports reports that Chelsea had recently been offered the chance to sign Aubameyang for £70m. The Blues missed out on the signing of Romelu Lukaku to Manchester United and Diego Costa is set to leave Stamford Bridge.
Aubameyang finished as the top scorer in the Bundesliga last season, scoring 40 goals in all competitions for Dortmund as they won the DFB-Pokal Cup.
