Anambra 2017: Peter Obi’s Only Mission Is To Stop Obiano’s Re-Election – Obigwe
The National Coordinator APGA media warriors Forum, Evang Chinedu Obigwe, Thursday alleged that Ex-governor Peter Obi’s mission was to ruin Governor Willie Obiano’s re-election and continuity programme in Anambra state, which was as a result of Obiano’s refusal to be used as a political stooge, noting also that Obi’s support for Oseloka Obaze was not genuine.
“Peter Obi is not genuinely supporting Oseloka Obaze, he is only determined to play spoiler role to stop Governor Obiano’s re-election because of the Governor’s refusal to be doing his bidding as a political stooge”, he said.
In a statement issued, Obigwe stated categorically that Obi is on a devilish mission of using his political stooge, Oseloka Obaze to take the people of Anambra State back to the biblical Egypt.
He said that Peter Obi’s defection to PDP affected his progressive mindset thus the reason why he is working against the interest of the people of the State.
Obigwe however, cautioned the people of the State against voting for the trio ‘giants Goliath’ (Tony Nwoye, Oseloka Obaze and Osita Chidoka) whom he described as one chance bus drivers but to vote for ‘David’ (Obiano) who has the interest of the state at heart.
He added that PDP was the architect of Nigerians misfortune, noting that they have come down to the state on an evil mission.
Obigwe also complained on the APC dysfunctional approach in handling the affairs of the country.
In his words, “APC has failed Nigerians; Anambra people need to avoid them like lepers. Look, APC‘s inability to implement their 7.44trillion naira 2017 budget for Nigerians is a proof that they are not prepared for leadership.
Obigwe also emphasised the need for the people of the State to vote for continuity, saying that a vote for continuity is a vote for more good works in the State.
He further stated that the APC led Federal government dumped former President Goodluck Jonathan confab report because Nigerians failed to vote for continuity.
Obigwe however, pleaded with Anambra people to avoid making a regrettable mistake but to vote for the continuity of Governor Willie Obiano’s good work in the State
